How many reports should I expect?
A company can expect different volumes of reports depending on its size, industry and other factors. There is no fixed number of reports that a company can expect under the Whistleblower Protection Act. The number of reports can vary and depends on various internal and external factors, such as the company culture, the effectiveness of internal reporting channels and the awareness of employees about the possibility of reporting violations.
Our experience from various customer projects is that you can expect an average of one report per year for every 300 employees.
How long will it take to implement the system?
The time required for implementation or introduction can vary and depends on factors such as the size of the company and the degree of customization of the solution. The technical setup takes about 30 minutes and does not require any IT support from your company. The implementation is so straightforward that you can do it yourself. In addition, we offer support, assistance and training. It is important to define contact persons and communication processes during the introduction. Most of our customers were able to complete the introduction within 1 to 5 working days.
How secure and data protection-friendly are Scopewire’s cloud services?
Scopewire's cloud services are designed to provide highly secure and data protection-friendly solutions. We implement the principles of the BSI (Federal Office for Information Security) and store all data exclusively in dedicated data centers in Nuremberg and Paderborn. Our solution is fully GDPR and Schrems II compliant and only uses ISO 27001-certified cloud service providers. To ensure the highest level of security, we regularly carry out penetration tests by external experts. We also use end-to-end encryption to ensure a high standard of data protection when communicating via our platform.
