Carmen Schosnig

In combination with the extensive LkSG functions of the Scopewire Cloud solution, we use the risk analysis as a single module for our ISO audits and the associated quality management system. We were also able to integrate our purchasing process and before concluding new supplier contracts, we use the risk analysis to ensure our compliance and check possible risks in the supply chain in advance.

Frequently asked questions:

How do suppliers get into the Scopewire system?
You can connect your supplier list to your upstream systems via Excel / CSV or via fixed interfaces, e.g. REST API.
Does risk analysis make sense for ISO?
Yes, supplier risks can be included in your audits and processes, e.g. for 90001 and 270001, in order to extend your risk management to the supply chain. Furthermore, the information can also be anchored in 14001 and in quality management. We would be happy to advise you on this, or introduce an ISO process and re-certify with our team.
Does anything need to be installed in my company?
The Scopewire system is a pure cloud application. After ordering, you will receive an on-boarding document from us with your access data. You can upload your suppliers directly via CSV and have access to your risk analysis.
Can I extend the risk analysis with additional functions?
Yes, you can add additional functions at any time, such as complete LkSG functions with reporting, documentation of remedial and preventive measures.
Which key figures are determined?
The Scopewire system determines ESG indicators for your suppliers or customers on human rights and environmental risks. Data from the United Nations is used for this purpose, among other things. Furthermore, industry classifications such as NACE codes for your suppliers, sanction information and industry risks can be determined on request.
